This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being issued to establish a hybrid Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) and Time and Materials (T&M) contract for contractor provided preventative and corrective maintenance services on two Advance Poly-Packaging Auto Bagger T-1000 units located at DLA Defense Distribution Albany Georgia (DDAG), which is located on the Marine Corps Logistics Base in Albany, GA. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and management necessary to provide Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) (as needed) and all repair and or replacement parts necessary to keep the Auto Baggers in good operating condition. The contractor shall provide services in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) provided as Attachment 1. Any award resulting from this RFQ will be issued on a Standard Form (SF) 1449. Period of Performance is comprised of a base year and 2 one-year option periods.
