Description: Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Defense Distribution Susquehanna PA (DDSP) located in New Cumberland, PA has a requirement for the following items: 4 cubic yard Drop Bottom dumpster container, Dempster Sales Inc. part number 4-DB, Quantity: 4/each 10 cubic yard Universal dumpster container, Dempster Sales Inc. part number 10-UN, Quantity: 10/each DLA Distribution J7 intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed-price purchase order on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 13.106(b)(1)(i) to Dempster Sales, Inc. for procurement of the above items. Solicitation SP3300-20-Q-0048 will be sent directly to Dempster Sales, Inc. The Dempster dumpster containers included in this acquisition must be compatible with the government-owned and operated Dempster Dumpster Truck that will be utilized to transport the dumpster containers to the Recycling Center located at DDSP. The dumpster containers require nine unique connection/hook-up points and operations to successfully operate, transport, and dump these containers. For proper operation of equipment and safety purposes, they must be an exact fit. The Government does not own the technical data and drawings necessary to manufacture these dumpster containers.
