This Request for Quote is issued to establish a combined Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Time-and-Materials (T&M) contract for Preventive and Remedial Maintenance Support Services for the Lenel Electronic Security System (ESS) and Pelco Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) System located at DLA Distribution Norfolk VA. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and management required to provide preventive and remedial maintenance services; emergency service calls (as needed); and all repairs and/or replacement of parts necessary to keep all portions of the ESS and CCTV systems covered by this requirement in good operating condition during the period of performance. The Request for Quote includes the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and eight (8) attachments, as follows: Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement Attachment 2 - Equipment Inventory List Attachment 3 - Wage Determination Attachment 4 - Technical Exhibit Contractor Personnel Security Attachment 5 - Technical Exhibit Common Access Card (CAC) Procedures Attachment 6 - Schedule of Supplies/Services Attachment 7 - Past Performance References Attachment 8 - Contractor Present/Past Performance Questionnaire This requriement consists of a Base Year and Two (2) Option Years. 12/12/19: Amendment No. 0001 is posted to cancel RFQ SP3300-20-Q-0013.
