In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) anticipates issuing modifications to existing EDC Modernization Delivery Order SP3300-20-F-1300 on a sole source basis to Advantaged Solutions, Inc. for the installation of a AWOS, Pallet Stacker, AutoStore Fire Command Center, ADA Chair Lift and Virtual Training Warehouse Equipment. Dematic is the equipment installer and software integrator for the whole of the EDC Modernization project. The vertical integration design of the project is intended to maintain a single source for equipment, controls and software In accordance with FAR 6.302- 1, Advantage Solutions, Inc. is the only responsible source capable of providing these requirements at this time. The J&A for these modifications is being posted as part of this notice. This is not a solicitation for proposals or an invitation for bids. The Government does not anticipate receiving responses to this notice of a non-competitive action.
