In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) anticipates issuing modifications to existing EDC Modernization Delivery Order SP3300-20-F-1300 on a sole source basis to Advantaged Solutions, Inc. for the installation of Fire Doors at the High Bay DR. Advantage Solutions, Inc. has a general contractor on site to make modifications to the facility, to include fire door demolition and installation. Awarding to another vendor would add unwarranted complexity to the integration of systems. Additional vendors would require them to mobilize multiple times at an increased cost. ASI is already contracted to install the AMHE equipment that needs to interface with the fire doors and needs to appropriately coordinate the work to be performed. In accordance with FAR 6.302- 1, Advantage Solutions, Inc. is the only responsible source capable of providing these requirements at this time. The J&A for these modifications is being posted as part of this notice. This is not a solicitation for proposals or an invitation for bids. The Government does not anticipate receiving responses to this notice of a non-competitive action.
