Reference attached SP3300-19-Q-0114 and Attachment 1, Statement of Work for complete requirements. DLA Distribution Susquehanna, PA (DDSP) has a requirement for a contractor to provide a firm-fixed price quote for quantity of two (2) snowplows including installation in accordance with the Statement of Work provided as Attachment 1. All equipment furnished shall be new. Parts/Accessories not specifically mentioned in the Statement of Work, but necessary to install the snowplows, shall also be included and named in the quotation. CLIN 0001 - Snowplow and Installation, Brand Name or Equal to Manufacturer Gledhill Model 10HSBPR4 or Gledhill Model 10HSJPR4-QL2; or Manufacturer Viking-Cives Model PRR1042ME, or similar type municipal type snowplow. Contractor will install the plows on two (2) 2018 International MV607-SBA class 6-7 dump trucks with Allison 3500RDS transmission. Contractor modifications to the truck or truck chassis must not void factory warranty. This acquisition is being solicited on a full and open basis; however, the Offeror must be physically located within a 50-mile radius of DDSP, New Cumberland, PA 17070. Government personnel will transport the vehicles to the contractor's facilities for installation of the snowplows and will pick them up once the snowplows have been installed and are operational.
