This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart FAR 12.6 - Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items; as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and in conjunction with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation number is SP3300-19-Q-0027. 2. This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-01 effective 20 December 2018 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) DFARS DPN 20181221 edition effective 21 December 2018 and Defense Logistics Acquisition Directive (DLAD) Current to Revision 5 and PROCLTR 2018-10 through 17 edition effective 10 August 2018. This RFQ is for a Corrugated Box Maker at the DLA Distribution Hill Air Force Base (AFB), Utah. The requirement is for a contractor to provide one (1) Corrugated Box Maker. The item is described in Attachment 1 - Statement of Work. Any award resulting from this RFQ will be issued on a Standard Form (SF) 1449. This effort will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price purchase order. 4. This RFQ is an unrestricted requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 333993. The small business size standard is 500 Employees. The Federal Supply Code (FSC) for this acquisition is 3540.
