In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) anticipates awarding a modification to existing Professional Services Support Task Order SP3300-18-F-0289 on a sole source basis to Accenture Federal Services, LLC; to pursue capturing Whole of Government (WoG) distribution work and new business, in addition to analytical and process design as well as program management support. The modification extends the period of performance for a two (2) month period (1 March 2022 -30 April 2022) pursuant to FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services. Due to unanticipated acquisition process delays, it has become necessary to modify existing Task Order SP3300-18-F-0289 to allow for uninterrupted Professional Support Services through 30 April 2022. Pursuant to the exception under FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), only Accenture Federal Services, LLC, is capable of providing the services at this time; award to any other source will result in unacceptable delays and cause a disruption to DLA Distribution Business Development Office (BDO) activities. The modification to current Task Order SP3300-18-F-0289 will serve as a temporary solution to fulfill immediate mission requirements. The J&A for this extension of services will be posted as part of this notice once executed. This is not a solicitation for proposals or an invitation for bids. The Government does not anticipate receiving responses to this notice of a non-competitive action.
