This notice is to inform interested parties of DLA Distribution's modification to existing Warehousing and Distribution Support Services Contract SP3300-14-C-5005 on a sole source basis to Accent Controls, Inc.; for DLA Distribution Jacksonville, FL. This effort includes performing warehouse and distribution operations requirements using the DLA Distribution Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)/addendums, Process Manuals, and DSS for a six (6) month period (1 October 2019 -31 March 2020) pursuant to FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services. The sole source modification was issued to: ACCENT CONTROLS, INC. 1601 BULINGTON ST KANSAS CITY, MO 64116-3816 The statutory authority utilized for this modification; allowing for other than full and open competition is: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Only one responsible source/a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements without unacceptable delays (FAR 6.302-1). The Contract term for this modification is 1 October 2019 -31 March 2020. This is not a solicitation for proposals or an invitation for bids. The Government does not anticipate receiving responses to this notice of a non-competitive action.
