FBO - J&A Posting This notice is to inform interested parties of DLA Distribution's modification to existing Distribution Support Services Contract SP3300-14-C-5004 on a sole source basis to Bowhead Support Group, LLC; for DLA Distribution Corpus Christi, TX in support of the Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD); Corpus Christi, Texas. This effort includes providing all management, supervision, and labor, to perform receipt, stow, issue, and local delivery of material in the Work in Process Control Area (WIPCA) and computer operations for a six (6) month period (1 September 2019 -29 February 2020) pursuant to FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services. The sole source modification was issued to: BOWHEAD SUPPORT GROUP, LLC 1525 PERIMETER PARKWAY, SUITE 105 HUNTSVILLE, AL 35806 The statutory authority utilized for this modification; allowing for other than full and open competition is: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Only one responsible source/a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements without unacceptable delays (FAR 6.302-1). The Contract term for this modification is 1 September 2019 -29 February 2020. This is not a solicitation for proposals or an invitation for bids. The Government does not anticipate receiving responses to this notice of a non-competitive action.
