ADDENDUM 2- Questions and Answers ADDENDUM 1- Overhead doors will need 1- row of windows for safety reasons. Please see attached ADDENDUM Repair Overhead Doors F244 in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (all details are listed in the documents and should be reviewed). All work should be completed within 75 calendar days and work is to be performed at Facility 244 whis is located south of intersection of Scott Drive and Dagenhart Road, Vance AFB Enid, OK. Work will include removing existing doors and installing two overhead doors, one on the north side and one on the south side of Facility 244. The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, consumable materials, supplies, tools and other items to complete the construction as listed in the scope of work. All quotes shall include all shipping charges for completion of the project. The contractor will coordinate all work with ASRC Federal Field Services (AFFS) Construction Management prior to execution. The list of items below are to be considered the general scope of work for the project. Repair two overhead doors, one on the north side and one on the south side (both doors are 12’-2” wide by 12’ tall). Additional details are described below: 1. Remove both existing doors, rails, springs, and operator from the wall of the building. 2. Install two new sets of insulated doors, rails, springs, and operators of like-kind. Clean site to pre-construction or better. The Contractor shall provide a standard 1-year Warranty for all labor and material from date of the base’s acceptance of completion in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clause 52.246-21. No site visit is required , if there is enough request for a site visit, one will be scheduled and posted as an ADDENDUM to the solicitation. All offerors must be registered in the SAM database to be eligible for award. Please see and review all documents attached, these documents are required to be completed and attached with bid proposals. All questions related to the solicitation must be submitted with the Q&A form attached, please submit to Shari Lamunyon @ shari.lamunyon.ctr@us.af.mil no later than February 2, 2024 by the end of day. Questions will be answered via an addendum to this solicitation shortly thereafter. NO BIDS will be accepted or considered after the bid proposal date.
