Warner Robins ALC seeks to implement energy conservation measures identified in two completed investment grade audits as a utility energy service contract project at Warner Robins ALC/Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. The action will award a firm-fixed-price task order to Georgia Power Company (GPC) under its GWAC. GPC is the eligible serving utility for the Robins AFB/Houston County area, regulated by the Georgia Public Service Commission and a subsidiary of Southern Company Services, Inc., providing the demand-side management services required by the UESC. The two investment grade audits were previously completed by GPC and delivered to AFCEC/Warner Robins ALC. Warner Robins ALC will provide DLA Energy with USAF Working Capital Funds to fund the UESC project.
