This Request for Information (RFI) is being issued by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy, in partnership with the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC), and FE Warren Air Force Base (FEWAFB), to conduct research for a market participant to serve FEWAFB’s electricity load in Wyoming in the Southwest Power Pool’s Regional Transmission Organization’s Western (SPP-RTO West) expansion. The responses to this RFI will help the Government consider potential acquisition strategies to meet FEWAFB’s energy requirements for the installation. Responses are due no later than 1 July 2024, 12:00pm EST. Responses shall be submitted via e-mail only to DLAEnergy.eteam@dla.mil. If a respondent chooses to submit any business sensitive, proprietary, or otherwise confidential information, it must be marked as proprietary or restricted data in the response.
