Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The DLA Energy – Electricity Team intends to establish Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs) for the supply and delivery of Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) to various locations in the Continental United States. The resulting BOAs are not contracts and do not guarantee future work, but they allow authorized agencies to issue purchase orders more efficiently. This solicitation will be open continuously for a period of five years from its issuance date.
