The ordering period for the base year is the date of award through January 31, 2026. The delivery period for the base year is February 1, 2025, through January 31, 2026, with a 30 day carry over period. The estimated requirements for the base year are as follows: Turbine Fuel, Aviation (JP8), NSN: 9130-01-031-5816, Quantity: 56,000,000 USG Diesel Fuel Oil (EN590), NSN: 9140-01-556-9156, Quantity: 28,000,000 USG Option Year One (OY1) Ordering Period: Date the option is exercised through January 31, 2027. Option Year One (OY1) Delivery Period: February 1, 2026 through January 31, 2027, with a 30 day carryover period. Option Year Two (OY2) Ordering Period: Date the option is exercised through January 31, 2028. Option Year Two (OY2) Delivery Period: February 1, 2027 through January 31, 2028, with a 30 day carryover period. Option Year Three (OY3) Ordering Period: Date the option is exercised through January 31, 2028. Only FOB Origin tanker offers are acceptable. Award is subject to the availability of funds. This procurement will utilize full and open competition in accordance with FAR 6.1 Tanker size is 14,000,000 USG of either a single product or combination of products. The solicitation will be available on the SAM.gov web site (www.sam.gov). The items under this acquisition may be subject the Trade Agreement Act of 1979.
