DLA Energy intends to extend its current firm-fixed-price contract on a sole-source basis to the incumbent, Fueling Systems Contractors, LLC, for contractor-owned, contractor-operated fuel services at Defense Fuel Support Point Al Udeid, Qatar. The work covers receipt, storage, transfer, and shipment of Aviation Fuel Grade JP8, diesel, and automotive gasoline, including additive injection, inventory, maintenance, pipeline and tank-truck transfers, hydrant system operations, and operation of the Base Service Station. The performance period is January 21, 2027, through January 20, 2031, with three one-year options through January 20, 2034. The contract will be subject to FAR 52.222-41 Service Contract Labor Standards.
