This Justification and Approval (J&A) is in support of a two-month extension of services under contract SP0600-12-C-5202 with BSH Management Services, LLC (BSH) on an other than full and open competition basis. The SP0600-12-C-5202 contract is a firm-fixed price contract for Government-Owned, Contractor-Operated (GOCO) Fuel Storage Services at Vance Air Force Base (AFB), OK. This J&A authorizes the Defense Logistics Agency – Energy (DLA-Energy) to seek services from only one responsible source to meet DLA-Energy’s requirements in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1.
