DLA Energy FESAB, CONUS Storage/Services Contract Division, Bulk Supply Chain Services Unit seeks to identify responsible potential sources and obtain information regarding possible suppliers who can provide Contractor-Owned Contractor-Operated (COCO) fuel services at Fort Gordon, GA. The Contractor shall perform required tasks to include fuel operations, management and administration pertaining to the receipt, storage and handling, and issue of DLA Energy fuel products. This includes the services for the management, operation, maintenance, product quality surveillance, inventory control and accounting, security, safety, and environmental protection to provide retail/bulk fuel services for the fuel facilities, related structures, and property at Fort Gordon, GA. Fuel operations at the bulk and retail fuel facility must be safely and efficiently conducted to receive, store, and issue petroleum products with appropriate controls to ensure adequate fuel, inventory accuracy and environmental compliance in accordance with DLA Energy guidance, the highest industry standards, and best commercial practices. The Contractor must be fully responsible for meeting workload demands for day-to-day operations and be prepared to issue approximately 89,000 gallons of F-24, 104,926 gallons of unleaded fuel and 308,000 gallons of diesel. The Government will extend the current firm fixed price contract for a period, with dates being April 1, 2022- March 31, 2026. The contract will be subject to FAR 52.222-41, Service Contract Labor Standards.
