This J&A is for the award of an out of scope contract modification by DLA Energy Utility Services to add additional wastewater utility services for Joint Base Andrews (JBA) under Terrapin Utility Services (TUS) Contract SP060005C8250. The Air Force determined that it is in the best interest of the Government to convey the oil, water separators and grease trap inventory as part of the wastewater collection system at JBA to TUS.
