The Navy Region Southwest Qualified Recycling Program (QRP) is issuing a Solicitation for Sale and an invitation to bid on the sale of Scrap Steel (Rail Lines) located at Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach (Seal Beach, CA). This is a Government Sale. If interested, please open the attached sales bid solicitation, complete the bid sheet, and send to the QRP office via mail. All bidders must follow the bid instructions from this package thoroughly. Bids are due no later than 2 P.M. (Pacific Time) 18 March 2025. Bids will only be accepted via certified mail or carrier service. E-mailed, faxed or hand delivered bids will not be accepted.
