This is a requirement for snow and ice control chemicals, with the intent to award three separate Blanket Purchase Agreements. The contractor must be able to deliver specified minimum quantities within 48 hours of a request, 24/7 during the winter season from October to April. The total ordering period for the agreements will be five years from the date of award. All deliveries will be made to Offutt Air Force Base in Nebraska. To be considered, offerors must be a registered Small Business in the System for Award Management.
