Purchase is limited source, there are only two vendors that are certified to provide the training on MIL-STD-2042C, IAW NAVSEA Drawing 8477552 Rev. C. These sources cover the following topics as part of the MIL-STD-2042C certification program: •Single Ferrule Termination (LC, ST, SC, FC, etc.) •Multi Terminus (Amphenol and connector fibers) •Optical Testing (visual fault indication and dB loss testing)
