Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a pre-solicitation notice for the noncompetitive award of a firm-fixed-price purchase order to MathWorks, Inc. for MATLAB software license maintenance support. The Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic intends to be the sole negotiator for this requirement, citing MathWorks as the only supplier capable of fulfilling it. While not a request for competitive quotes, any other responsible source may submit a capability statement for consideration. Responses must be submitted via SAM.gov by 12:00 p.m. EST on 7 November 2025. All such responses will be reviewed to determine if a competitive procurement is warranted.
