The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to award a single, firm fixed price contract in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR Part 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements) to Clearshark, LLC. NGA requires the purchase of four (4) MPAC units to modernize its network analysis suite of tools. These units exceed current capabilities increasing the maximum quantity of data as well as speed of capture and analysis. Additionally, the systems incorporate and replace other tools accounting for new capabilities and technological advancement, replacing systems reaching or passing end-of-life or function. Clearshark is the only manufacturer and servicer for the MPAC units. MPAC is a modular system incorporating a number of tools and technologies available in various forms across industry; however, Clearshark is the only manufacturer to combine the tools in a single compatible package, aggregating form and function sufficient to fully support agency mission requirements
