The 82d Contracting Squadron is seeking information concerning the availability of contractors capable of providing a cloud-based project management system at Sheppard AFB, Texas. The desired system will provide an easy-to-use interface for electronically exchanging, reviewing, and archiving design and construction project documentation in the cloud. Documents include, but are not limited to submittals, RFIs, progress reports, payrolls, daily reports, inspection reports, meeting minutes, and drawings. For further information, a draft copy of the desired Characteristics is attached. Information sought by the Government includes: Company Information Company name Address Point of Contract Telephone and fax number E-mail address Web site (if applicable) Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) Number Socio-Economic status (i.e. 8(a), HUBZone, veteran-owned, women-owned, etc.) A copy of the software service's data sheet, program information, or characteristics All interested sources should notify this office via electronic mail to Kate Bukowski at katherine.bukowski.1@us.af.mil and Carrie Martin at carrie.martin.4@us.af.mil no later than 15 July 2021 at 2:00 p.m. CDT. Questions may be submitted via electronic mail to the points of contact listed prior to the RFI close date. Telephone calls will not be accepted. This Sources Sought Notice is issued solely for information, planning purposes, and market research in accordance with FAR Part 10. This sources sought is not set aside for small business, but will assist the contracting office in determining small business interest and capability for a total small business set aside, in accordance with FAR 19.502-2. All responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for the future acquisition. No award will be made from this sources sought. The United States Air Force is not seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Any information provided is voluntary. Be advised the government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this sources sought. All cost associated with this sources sought will be solely at the expense of the respondents. Additionally, all submissions become government property and will not be returned.
