Seymour Johnson Air Force Base anticipates a requirement that is being considered under the North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code proposed 339950 – Sign Manufacturing The 4th Force Support Squadron is requiring the procurement of one (1) Permanent LED Marquee. This requirement is ONLY for the purchase of a permanent double-sided LED digital marquee, excluding installation . The marquee will be displayed at the intersection of Wright Brothers and Vermont Garrison on Seymour Johnson AFB. The marquee will be bolted to a customer-provided concrete slab (similar to the specification attachment). This requirement is for the marquee unit and associated components only. Please see the specification document and the attached Draft Salient Characteristics. All interested firms shall submit a capabilities package that explicitly demonstrates company capabilities-indicating examples of commercial sales-and product specifications related to this effort. Respondents are further requested to indicate their status as a Foreign-owned/foreign-controlled firm and any contemplated use of foreign national employees on this effort.
