Removal and installation of lead ballast. The place of performance is Naval Submarine Base, Trident Refit Facility, Kings Bay, GA. Award requires certification of SSPC QP-1. The Government’s market research is based on FAR Part 10 and the result of market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement.
