Market Research Only; Sources Sought Notice: To facilitate market research, the Government is looking to identify qualified sources under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 562213, Solid Waste Combustors and Incinerators, for a follow-on requirement for Pentagon Classified Waste Destruction Facility (PCWDF) Operation, Maintenance and Repair Services. The Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) Acquisition Directorate (AD) Enterprise Security and Services Division (ESSD) Security Branch (SEC), the Contracting Activity, is issuing this notice to survey industry to see if qualified sources are available to provide these services. The current contract #HQ003421C0001 ends August 31, 2025, and the work has historically been performed onsite at the Government plant in Arlington, Virginia by three (3) full-time equivalent (FTE) contract employees with titles of Licensed Incinerator Operator, Maintenance and Repair Technician, and Ash Removal Custodial Technician. These positions are subject to the Services Wage Determination (WD) #2015-4281 (current Revision 32), which sets forth minimum wage and fringe benefits for service contract employees on federal contracts.
