This is not a commercial i... This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for NSN 5975-01-561-2436, MOUNTING BASE,ELECT to support the E2/C2 ALL SERIES. Covered Defense Information Applies to this item. This is not a commercial item. Configuration Control and Higher-Level Quality Management does apply. The proposed action is intended to be awarded on a sole source basis as supported by a J&A IAW FAR 15. A letter solicitation will be issued, and this solicitation will NOT be posted publicly. You may request a copy by contacting the Acquisition Specialist. The proposed contract is sole source (3/D) to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, CAGE 70974. The Government intends to place a firm-fixed price, no options delivery order against the OEM’s current BOA. Solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis utilizing other than full and open competition procedures under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). This is not a Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS code is 336413 and the small business size is 1,250 employees. The purchase request quantity is for 5 each. Delivery: FOB origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. The required delivery is 836 Days After Receipt of Order (DARO). Other than certified cost or pricing data is required.
