The U.S. Space Force is seeking information for a contractor to provide a Mission Operations Center (MOC) to operate and manage its Space Data Network. The MOC's responsibilities would include lifecycle management, network performance monitoring, user onboarding, and orchestrating connectivity across commercial and government satellite systems. The work will be performed at a government-provided facility, and day-to-day operations will be conducted by contracted personnel requiring a minimum TS/SCI clearance. The MOC's capabilities are to be developed in two phases, starting with S-band and broadband user services, followed by SEP user services. This is strictly a Request for Information for planning purposes and is not a solicitation for proposals.
