The U.S. Army is seeking commercial-off-the-shelf pouches for night vision devices and administrative use, both compatible with the MOLLE attachment system and in OCP or multi-cam. The night vision pouch must house an ENVG-B and its components, be water-resistant, and Berry-Amendment compliant, while the admin pouch is for squad leaders to carry mission-essential items.
