The Government seeks high-throughput, low-latency proliferated Low-Earth Orbit (pLEO) broadband telecommunications systems providing resilient global connectivity for stationary, portable, land-mobile, maritime, and specialized aviation platforms. The procurement will include commercial-grade and high-assurance, defense-grade satellite transport services, associated user terminals, specialized accessories, and advanced optional capabilities such as sovereign ground gateways, committed information rates (CIR), and a tactical security overlay. The anticipated contract structure is a one-year base period plus nine one-year option periods, subject to final acquisition planning and approvals.
