The scope of this contract includes four subscriptions (simultaneous connections) of VGNet Ku Basic level service (providing up to 1 megabit per second (Mbps) for the forward link (FL) and up to 0.5 Mbps for the return link (RL)), with portability capability among all ten aircraft, as well as a private MPLS circuit for KuSS data forwarding to Compass Call Datalink Ground Station locations.
