The nature of this action is to procure Starlink communication services for PACAF in support of Guam Recovery efforts under the CSSC II Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract (HC1013-22-D-0008). There is an urgent need for Starlink communications capabilities to support the Guam Recovery efforts in response to the recent natural disaster, Typhoon Mawar.
