The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision to fabricate cloth USAF/USSF tapes, nametapes, and plastic nametags for approximately 43,350 basic trainees and prior service members at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA)-Lackland, TX. The Statement of Work requires both cloth name tapes and plastic name tags. If a bidder cannot provide both items, they should respond specifying which item they can provide.
