The United States Government desires to lease 190,000 square feet of fully serviced Class A office space in the central business district of Mobile, Alabama. The leasing authority is limited to a one year-firm term lease with 19 option years to house the Mobile District of the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers. The lessor will also be required to finance the tenant improvements. Desire to occupy facility no later than October 2024.
