The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) intends to issue solicitation SPE4AX-20-R-SAC6 for non-personal engineering services in support of any H-60 Black Hawk aircraft. This service is intended to provide Sole-Source, OEM support to the Corpus Christi U.S. Army Depot (CCAD) for all H-60 aircraft design, overhaul and maintenance tasks. The solicitation will be unrestricted, using Other Than Full and Open Competition, as prescribed by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirements. The proposed sole source action is intended to be awarded to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (CAGE 78286). Any letters expressing interest in subcontracting should be provided to the Contracting Officer and will be forwarded to the identified OEM. At this time, this action is proposed as a FAR Part 15 effort. The proposed contract will be firm, fixed-price with one Base period and four, one-year option periods. DLA intends to issue a Letter Request for Proposal (RFP) directly to Sikorsky. For more information, please contact the Contracting Officer listed below.
