DCMA intends to sole-source to Fiscal Note a commercial 12-month subscription service for legislative summaries, real-time bill and amendment tracking, vote and floor analysis, member and committee data, policy/market analysis, policy impact mapping, tailored alerts, and schedule monitoring. These subscription services are unique to Fiscal Note, and no competition is being sought unless another source is identified. The anticipated award will be a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order under FAR 12.102(a) for one base year plus up to four option years. Although this is not a request for quote, bid, or proposal, interested firms that believe they can meet the requirements may submit a capability statement via email to the listed POC, limited to five pages and including business information and how their products/services meet the requirements.
