The government seeks comprehensive sustainment, operations, and expansion services for its accredited ServiceNow IL4/IL5 enterprise platform. This includes continuous O&M for DCMA’s ServiceNow footprint, covering baseline applications such as the UAS “Blue List,” ITSM, and SPM, plus platform health monitoring, security patching, version upgrades, and Tier 2/3 support. The contractor would also provide specialized implementation and configuration to design, develop, test, and deploy 17 new native ServiceNow mission and business capabilities, replacing fragmented manual and legacy processes. Software licensing is required for the new modules through ServiceNow subscription units and licenses acquired via the DoD ESI BPA.
