IAW FAR Part 12.603(c)(1), (i) this is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation S5121A-25-Q-E010 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) Solicitation S5121A-25-Q-E010 and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04 dated 6/11/2025. (iv) This is a 100% small business set-aside, NAICS code 721110, small business size standard of $40,000,000.00. (v) Contract line item number(s) (CLIN), services, quantities, and units of measure are included in the RFQ and summarized in the attached RFQ Standard Form 13 (vi) Solicitation S5121A-25-Q-E010 is for hotel rooms, conference/breakout rooms/audio and visual and meals/snack services. (vii) Period of Performance is September 15 through September 19, 2025, in the Dulles Airport area. (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. (ix) The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services and the specific evaluation criteria to be included in paragraph (a) of that provision. If this provision is not used, describe the evaluation procedures to be used. (x) Offeror shall submit a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, with its offer. (xi) The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the clause. (xii) The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding which, if any, of the additional FAR clauses cited in the clause are applicable to the acquisition.
