No solicitation is currently available. There is no reimbursement for any costs associated with providing information to this RFI/SS or any follow-up information requests. The Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) is seeking information regarding capability and availability of commercial source to provide a) a venue with a large conference room for up to 230 people and up to 4 breakout rooms, b) sleeping accommodations (single occupancy rooms) and c) meal and refreshment service in a single facility (facility must be within miles from the Dulles Airport) in support of a training event from September 14 through 19, 2025. The Government is interested in hotels, conference centers or other technically acceptable facilities to meet below objectives: Must be located 12 miles from Dulles Airport, Venue to include an area for registration of the attendees, lodging and room cleaning services, conference set up including audiovisual equipment, stage and speaker podium, daily cafeteria style meal service, refreshments, provide Wi-Fi access, free parking and daily coordination with the authorized Government representative(s), from September 14 through 19, 2025, A guaranteed block of 35 sleeping rooms [single occupancy rooms (king or queen bed)] on September 14, 2025 with Dinner provided, A guaranteed block of 230 sleeping rooms [single occupancy rooms (king or queen bed)] on September 15, 16 and 17, 2025 with Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Refreshments (Snacks and Drinks) provided, A guaranteed block of 150 sleeping rooms [single occupancy rooms (king or queen bed)] on September 18, 2025 with Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, Snacks and Drinks provided AND Breakfast for up to 150 people on September 19, 2025. This may be a single award, lowest-priced technically acceptable procurement using FAR Part 13 Procedures. NAICS 721110 with a size standard of $40M. DRAFT Contract Line Item Number (CLIN)s: CLIN 0001: Conference Facilities in accordance with (IAW) PWS section 4.1 and 4.4 from September 14 through 19, 2025 (Qty: 1 EACH) CLIN 0002: Single Occupancy sleeping rooms from September 14 through 19, 2025 (Qty: 875 EACH) CLIN 0003: Meals and Refreshments from September 14 through 19, 2025 (Qty: 1 EACH) Interested vendor responses MUST include the following in Microsoft Word (.doc), Microsoft Excel (.xlsx), Adobe Acrobat Reader (.pdf) and/or WinZip (.zip or .exe) unless otherwise noted below: The company’s capability statement/verification it can provide all five objectives listed above along with information to demonstrate ability to provide conference room requirements, lodging/rooms requirements and meal/refreshment samples set up (in one facility), (Optional) Quote based on CLIN structure above is optional, SAM.gov Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), Business Size and Socioeconomic Designation, if applicable, Lead Time Requirement (need contract award “no later than” date), If the company holds a Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) contract, provide the contract number, AND Any preliminary questions and contract type recommendation for this one-time acquisition.
