This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number S5121A-24-QE-0005 is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). This requirement will be solicited and awarded using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2024-02, effective 18 Dec 2023. The associated NAICS code is 561621 and the small business size standard is $25M USD. This requirement is 100% set aside for competition among Small Business concerns. This is a non-personnel services contract to replace an old, malfunctioning, analog video surveillance and systems (VSS), and associated components, hardware, and software, with a new digital VSS. This will include the installation of new video intercom phones and master stations as well as the replacement of two wall mounted video monitors and the installation of a third, wall mounted monitor. The contractor shall provide training to end user personnel regarding the operation and capabilities of the newly installed VSS and video intercom system. See attached Photos provided 8/23/2024.
