The Defence Contract Management Agency (DCMA) intends to issue an RFQ in August 2023 for its requirement of a contractor to provide conference facilities or venue and support services to the DCMA within a 50 mile radius from Dulles International Airport (IAD). The venue will include meeting rooms, associated audiovisual equipment/supplies, associated miscellaneous services such as WiFi, and refreshments, and sleeping accommodations for participants from approximately September 18, 2023 to September 22, 2023 for a training seminar, as outlined in the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement. DCMA intends to set aside this requirement as a 100% small business set aside and award a firm fixed price purchase. The Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation methodology will be used to make an award. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. No pricing is being requested at this time. Please monitor www.SAM.gov's Contracting Opportunities for the issuance of the actual solicitation to download the associated solicitation documents. Telephone and fax requests for this notice will not be accepted. Interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov) prior to award of a government contract.
