This is a pre-solicitation notice to notify all interested offerors that the Defense Contract Management Agency will be posting an RFQ #S5121A-23-Q-0004 for Vehicle Toll Management Services by or before COB 31Mar2023. An RFI# S5121A-FY23-0001 was posted on 28 October 2022 through www.SAM.gov, whereby only two responses were received by two (2) small businesses. As a result, DCMA will be competing the aforementioned RFQ as a total small business set aside utilizing NAICS Code: 488490 and PSC Code: V119. The requirement will be for a Base Period of 1 year plus two (2) one year options with an estimated start date of May 15, 2023. NOTE: THIS NOTICE IS ONLY THE SYNOPSIS AND NOT THE RFQ.
