Lee, Virginia. The primary mission of the Defense Contract Management Agency is to ensure that contracts for weapon systems are managed properly. The Defense Contract Management Agency falls under the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Acquisition. DCMA's Congressional Affairs Office falls under the DCMA Strategic Communication Division. DCMA Congressional Affairs is responsible for receipt, review, research, and response to congressional inquiries sent to DCMA. In addition, DCMA Congressional Affairs monitors legislation, bills, hearings, and Congressional news that is of interest to DCMA. 2. Technical Specifications As subject matter experts for Congress, DCMA — Congressional Affairs requires an online subscription service to support our mission, DCMA Congressional Affairs requires a subscription service that provides real-time coverage of hearings, votes, rosters, and customizable reports. DCMA-Congressional Affairs requests an online subscription service for three (3) users. To fulfill its Corporate Support mission, DCMA-Congressional Affairs requires access to a broad range of readily retrievable information that requires minimal research so at to promptly respond to questions from Congress and make qualitative recommendations to Senior Leaders. Information needs include the following: Bill Track Bill Text Custom Bill Reports Congressional Transcripts Committee Reports Hearing Summaries Congressional News The data should be provided through a website that allows for print/pdf functionality. 3. Statement of Work The purpose of this Statement of Work (SOW) is to seek utilization of an online subscription service for the DCMA — Congressional Affairs Office. This online subscription service is required to track Congress. This SOW defines the efforts required in providing the DCMA-Congressional Affairs online subscription service. This online subscription will help DCMA-Congressional Affairs in monitoring and analyzing Congress so as to provide qualitative recommendations to the agency's leadership. 4. Requirements The Online subscription service shall provide, at minimum, information on the following: Online Subscription to electronic Congressional information Congressional News and Congressional Schedules Congressional Bill Track and Reports Congressional Committee Coverage (markup summaries, votes and rosters) A Amendment Text Congressional transcripts
