The Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) intends to solicit and negotiate an order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00030-19-G-0053 on a sole-source basis, under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subsection 6.302, with Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (LMRMS) (CAGE 56232), located in Uniondale, NY, a division of Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMCO). This order will provide replenishment equipment and spare parts in support of the TRIDENT II Fleet Ballistic Missile/Strategic Weapons System (FBM/SWS) Navigation Equipment. Lockheed Martin is the only known source with the critical experience, expertise, personnel, facilities, and in-depth knowledge requried to perform the subject effort.
