Subject: Presolicitation Notice prior to issuance of SS-0022 USACE Radio Systesms and Services RFP Solicitation Number: W912HQ22R0005 Anticipated Contract Type: FFP, IDIQ (single award) Anticipated Solication Release Date: May 2, 2022 Anticipated Solicitation Closing Date: June 1, 2022 Contract value: $33,000,000 total capacity Place of Performance: Primarily CONUS sites with limited support for minimally supported OCONUS sites Description: The HECSA Contracting Office has a requirement from USACE CIO/G-6 to provide Radio Systems and Support Services. The intent of this contract is to obtain supplies and services to manage the complete life cycle of the USACE radio communications mission. CIO/G-6 in coordination with the contractor, will collectively provide the radio systems and services that USACE requires. This support encompasses marine, land mobile radio (LMR), microwave, satellite, and other wireless communications technologies in support of its mission. The requirement will be acquired using full and open competition after exclusion of sources in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.203, Set-asides for small business concerns (100% set-aside) for the services portion of this requirement. The requirement also contains a brand name restriction for the supply portion of the requirement. The contractor will be required to provide Motorola brand name equipment under the contract. The requirement will be solicited on the open market via sam.gov.
