The Navy Region Southwest Qualified Recycling Program (QRP) is issuing an invitation to bid on the sale of Expended Mixed Small Arms Caliber Casings (50cal. & below) located at Naval Base San Diego (San Diego, CA). This is a Government Sale. If interested, please open the attached form for information and instructions on how to submit your bid. Bids must be sent to our office using the bid sheet form provided with this email. Bid sheet must be sent in ink or typed, clearly legible, and signed by the person sending the bid. Bids are due no later than 12 P.M. (Pacific Time) February 19th, 2026.
