The U.S. Government is conducting market research to identify sources capable of providing technical assistance and training for PATRIOT Missile System Ground Support Equipment in support of Romania Foreign Military Sales, Fire Units 2–7. The anticipated work covers planning, fielding, deployment, operation, maintenance management, logistics support, and sustainment of Romania’s PATRIOT air defense systems and associated equipment. Interested parties would need to demonstrate relevant PATRIOT GSE or comparable air/missile defense experience, qualified personnel and staffing, and past performance on similar technical-assistance, training, fielding, sustainment, or logistics-support efforts, with small-business status if applicable. Raytheon Company is currently identified as the only known source for these services.
