Amendment 1: The purpose of this Amendment 1 is to extend the deadline date from 13 Dec 2023, at 5pm EST to 15 Dec 2023, at 5pm EST. Robins AFB is conducting market research to identify capable and responsible sources that can provide, ship, and deliver, twenty-four (24) non-chilled snack vending machines with programmable scrolling display. Each vending machine will have a card reader installed. Salient characteristics for snack vending machines are as follows: Nineteen (19), four (4) row-wide vending machine with dimensions of 72"H x 35"W x 36" D Five (5), five (5) row-wide vending machine with dimensions of 72"H x 39"W x 36" D. Twenty-four (24) card readers; one (1) attached to each vending machine. JP Morgan/Chase Bank is the sole credit processor for all NAF credit transactions. Card readers shall interface with Chase Paymentech gateway, therefore, Vendor will not collect transaction fees from credit card sales. The Contractor shall provide a copy of an approved and certified gateway integration report/letter from JP Morgan/Chase Bank to verify the payment system and gateway. The Contractor shall also provide a means of checking credit card/vending machines status to ensure connectivity and daily sales of each vending machine.
